Default Is it a Modem or Line problem?
For the past 2 days, My broadband connection is not working. All 3 lights on the modem (except power) are blinking simultaneously. Has someone faced a similar problem? Can it be a modem issue or a line issue? What should I do?
Please let me know.

its usual ..........sometimes the link to the main server gets broken and as a result we are not able to browse net!!

go to your modem configuration page(using 192.168.1.1)& in there in some status or overview tab see these valuse---SNR(down/local,remote/up) & Line Attn(down/local,remote/up).if any SNR value is below 10 or any Line Attn value is above 40 then something is wrong with line(make sure that your operation mode in modem is G.dmt)
