Thread: Business 1000 combo==Home plan 1000??

i had applied for Home plan 1000, But got Business 1000 combo..

Is it same as home plan 1000?

plus i didnt see the option as Business 1000 combo in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.

there isnt any business 1000.. it could be home 1000 itself..

immediately contact your local exchange & give them some written application.also if possible get some written evidence of submitting the application by asking for some complaint no. etc.save the screenshot of this page showing business 1000 combo.

I went to CTO....the half sleeping woman even didnt know this plan.
SO she contacted some officer and came to know that it is a new plan
Business plan 1000. And one more thing i came to know that our landline home phone is a business phone not a resident one . BUT How the Heck was my HOME PLAN 500 working ?? She couldnt answer that query

no it is not same as home plan 1000 ........its a new business 1000 plan with no night unlimited usage (2.00-8.00)....
