| Ok,I'm a new user of the bsnl home 500 C plan.My account usage shows(at bsnl checking site) that mbs used excluding night unlimted is 1519.That's 19 mbs over the limit thereby leading to a bill of something like 520 i think.What I have got is a bill of 1889 and this is only the internet charges.This does not also include the modem installation charges or costs of any other kind. So in your opinion this is an error na.? Another inquiry i'd like to make is that broadband signing up form had 'Available' in home 500 c column and 'yes' in a few others.Does this in any way mean that you have to pay a few extra bucks for that or is it just a lapse of language? please help. |
