Thread: Billing Doubt For Home 500

Hi Friends

Last Month I Had Home 500 Plan. During Last Month When I Used To Check My Usage The It Would Display Two Seperate Tables For Night 2-8 An Day
8-2. My Usage Last Month For Night 2-8 Was 5GB And Day Usage Was 1 GB
Till Last Month It Showed It In Two Seperate Tables. But Now When I Checked My Usage Of Last Month It Say That My Billed Usage Is 6 GB. Without Any Seperate Tables.

I Want To Say That BSNL Has Did (Night+Day=6GB)

But As I Know That Night Unlimited Is Not Counted In Billing. Then What Is That?

click on my orders tab & check that your plan is home500 & status provisioned.if that is true then simply save the page.maybe some problem in portal but whatever the case timings are shown & if your plan is home500 then you can simply ask the AO(accounts officer)to correct the bill based on timings shown in portal if you get wrong bill.

And Another Reason Is It Was Giving Night Downloading Usage In Seperate Table And Day Usage In Seperate Table.

seems like some technical error in bsnl portal.still to be safe always save the screenshot of your daytime usage when it is shown separately.

to be frank the bsnl's new portal on usage is total crappy when compared to their old portal which clearly seperates the free usage and general usage. I dont know why they changed to new portal.

Just record all your proofs and show it when needed to bsnl in case of over billing.

bsnl new portal is showing night free usage & billable usage since march.

Ya I Have Taken The ScreenShot. And Now I Am Going To Prove The BSNL Officers What Is The Real Thing. By Taking The Print Out Of That Screen Shot.

I Don't Know That Why They Have Calculated My Night Unlimited Usage In The Billing.

I Used To Start Downloading After 2 i.e. @ 2.20am And Close It @ 7.30am.
