Default BSNL Dataone Wrong Billing
Hi Every body ,
I be here to just bring notice to everyone about the bsnl broadband usage billing , the bsnl dataone has made wrong billing to my a/c on dated ...2008-05-22 1554 to 2008-05-22 1509 , I have used only fifteen seconds of my broadband and i have been charged almost 4.5 GB(4673752 KB) of data including upload and download , According to plan 500C and my bandwidth speed calculation, this problem can be easily identified and rectify , but still get stuck to find a right person to take fwd my complaint and even no response from customer service.

look at my account details and usage details below as taken for the month of may 2008.


any suggestion ...how to dealt with this situation ..and any idea why this is happening .

even sometime iam getting other usage details when i logged to see my usage details , i am very offen to come across this type of problems

you are not the first user with such problem.some users here too get this 5-6GB transfer in 5-10seconds entries.don't worry these entries will get corrected with time & won't make it to the bill.still to be safe keep a screenshot of the portal page showing this entry but as far as i know no one here who got such entries got a huge bill because of this.

This can be possible only to BSNL dataone .. .. kudos to their service.. I had great chance of witnessing 5GB ( both upload and Download ) in my usage column in one second .. hope no one can beat the record set my me in total data transfer rate

if i remember correctly one user got 7GB in 3 seconds but yes per second rate is lower than yours.

There was an bug in their billing side, look at the rangadu and my post , both are at 26 column

my case
