Thread: Wrong Billing (HELP needed)

Hi ,

Data one site is showing usage as wrong , it is showing whopping 5 GB for 1 second ( next to impossible in current times ) .. Can any one out there can help me out by letting whom to approach and how to solve this issue ..

you are not the first user with such problem.some users here too get this 5-6GB transfer in 5-10seconds entries.don't worry these entries will get corrected with time & won't make it to the bill.still to be safe keep a screenshot of the portal page showing this entry but as far as i know no one here who got such entries got a huge bill because of this

That's ok .. I agree that mistakes do happen in this world .. but when trying to build a brand .. as best service provider in the country .. if they start taking these things as small and in lighter wane ..its a serious remark on reputation ..they must take some mitigation plan ..regarding ..what the users should do upfront to negate these sort of things ..


I didnt even find the whom to contact ..and where to go.....

for any issues relating bills contact AO(accounts officer)of your district.you can get his contact details from local bsnl exchange.
