Thread: Home Unlimited Problem

Im using home unlimited plan....
When the bill came it was Rs 5000
When i asked them they said that it was the broadband charges...
Does Unlimited plan charges for downloading..

WHAT????? Man there should be some error in the bill get it rechecked immidiately and are you sure you were on an unlimited plan

NO!! unlimited plan does not charge anything for downloading it has only fixed charges i.e rupees 750 and 1350 respectivley plus taxes thats all

Some times what happens is that you ask for the unlimited plan and they hook you up with some other plan with a data transfer limit..

I have seen a lot of threads here started by members who have had similar issues..

Check your broadband plan first and if thats where the problem is then contact Bsnl and ask them to rectify the issue and write off the bill for you for the excess amount.

And Player Wats.. rupees 750 and 1350 respectivley plus taxes...

those are 2 plans.. the 750 UL plan which is 256kbps unlimited and the 1350UL plan which is 512kbps unlimited

Please provide breakup of the Rs. 5000/- charges. This will help in analyzing the problem.

nope!!Google adsense gives you money, it doesnt take away money
