    Question User ID and password

I have got my broad band connection one week back. Could you tell what would be time they need to send my user ID password?

Is there any alternative option to access the broadband ?

The BSNL person who came and installed the modem should give you that info. Otherwise contact the exchange. You should have got it by now as it does not take more than 2/3 days to activate.

or you can ring the man in charge in your telephone exchange dont call to customer care
...........or try guessing your username for eg : your username(shortest possible)_your city name and password is password itself
