Thread: minimum waiting period after applying?

i have applied for Home 1000, on the 15th of May.........when is it expected that they would come for the installation?

It depends on your local exchange,it also depends also whether the connections are available for distribution or not.
Take for eg my city it took two months to get a connection!!

It doesn't depends on which plan you have opted

minimum time 7-10 days.. others 1-2 months as player said.. you can try your luck by bugging them at regular intervals

I have few friends waiting for 6 months +

I applied online and got the connection in less than a month. I saw that BSNL is now providing instant connections in Hyderabad. In any case it is the available infrastructure in your local exchange that will decide the time required for installation.
