Default What plan I am using

I applied for change of plan from combo500 to UL900 but I am not sure if this has been done. Meanwhile I made more use under impression of unlimited access. When inquired on 1957 officials asked me to visit bbsrvice.bsnl.in which never opens.
Now how can I know what plan I am using?

I too faced similar problem while trying to open from dataone connection. But it was instantly accessible from tataindicom broadband. Pl try to access from some other computer where the service provider is not BSNL.

a sure way to know if your plan is changed is change of speeds.limited plans have upto 2mbps speeds while 750 plan has 256kbps(32KBps)speed.so if you are getting low speeds now all the time that means your plan is changed.

Try downloading a file of size 10 mb or so through a good download manager,if you get no more than 32kBps then 900UL,if speed comes around 40-220 or so constantly then,500 plan.

use bsnl portal & login using portal ID(provided by bsnl 14 characters alphanumeric)---
    bbsrvice.bsnl.in
    click on "my orders"tab.
above works only for new customers having IP 117.x.x.x
