Thread: unable to open bsnl account

hi.......since 28th of may i am unable to open the page http://bbservice.bsnl.in
..it takes to time to the page after some time page show error that server is timeout.......i talk to bsnl customer care but they can't help me...
so ..how can i check my account usage..!!!!!!!!!
NEED SERIOUS HELP.......

the bsnl portal is down mate.. you cant check your usage via the portal .. although you could try using the bsnl usage softwares which are found as sticky threads in the bsnl broadband section

how can i get that software can u give me d links..........
