Rep Power: 2 | hi friends i am an user of 750ul plan.Like everyone i too faces the slow speed problem.I want to ask this is there any way to convey this problem to the highest authority?I mean the telecom minister or atleast the chairman of bsnl. Can we contact the authority in a good way without any hassle?Coz this is the high time we face this crap speed. It takes ages to download or upload or even browse the sites with multimedia content. The main purpose the unlimited internet is that we enjoy the media without any trouble. We are not taking this service to only read and write e-mails.We use this to know everything thas in this world. It feels like we are provided with lots of cigarrettes without the lighter. |

Rep Power: 12 | Telecom minister or bsnl director you name it and they will normally turn out to be some old fart who knows jack **** about internet... so there is hardly anything one can do right now.. things will improve with time ... another two to three years will bring a lot of change in my opinion with rise in competition services will get better and cheaper. |

yes you can download a lot but at pathetic speeds!!! ranging from 20 - 30 KB/s and yes you can use download managers/accelerators but you cant cross your maximmum speed i.e. 256 kbps or 32KB/s | |
