I have taken BSNL broadband in last week. From the first day itself I am facing a problem, when I am trying to open any webpage it's showing that IE couldn't find the requested webpage. So I have called the BSNL guys they came and check all the devices and everything is working fine. They were able to surf from their laptop. So their advice was " Format the PC". I did the same on yesterday thrice but problem wasn't sorted out.
What should I do now?? Please help.
