I have BSNL BroadBand and I am using the Home Plan 500 which entitles unlimited download and upload between 2:00 am and 8:00 am. Every few minutes I lose connection. Do they have a technician to look into the problem? NO. I have to wait till at least 10:00 am to talk to someone because their toll free number is useless. They have got bored BSNL employee's wives as call center agents who have no clue to any question that you put forward to them. Apart from the shoddy service they even cheat you and charge you for the hours which you thought were free. Very poor service. I am extremely disappointed. I hope I will be able to post this thread today.
