    Default How Do I Confirm Which Plan Iam Using?

    HI GUYS! I HAD APPLIED FOR THE HOME 500 PLAN & I AM GETTING SPEEDS AS PER THE PROMISES,BUT NOW I AM IN A DOUBT WHETHER I HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED THE SAME PLAN I HAD APPLIED FOR OR NOT,BECAUSE IN BSNL - Broadband Account Management IT SHOWS THE FOLLOWING WHEN I LOG IN.

    SO FRIENDS DOES THAT MEAN I HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED THE WRONG PLAN?PLS HELP ME .EXPECTING A REPLY SOON

    you have been assigned the wrong plan indeed.you have been given home 1800 instead of home 500.contact your local exchange but at least you are lucky in some way that even the wrong plan given to you has 2-8AM free usage.most problems occur when you applies for home 500 or any plan with 2-8AM free & you have been given home 250 which does not have any free time then you end with huge bill if you didn't knew & downloaded between 2-8AM heavily.

    Yes. Just as whitestar_999 said you are in the wrong plan.

    I would advise you further - drop everything on hand; take leave from your job for a day or whatever and attend to this immediately.

    Whereas you are still having night (2 AM ~ 8 AM) free, you will still get a big bill (if not huge) because you will be charged Rs. 1800/- instead of Rs. 500.

    please check the account name in the portal.. you may be seeing somebody else's details.. its happened before.. just confirm!!
