Unhappy Plan Changing Problem

Hi, I'm New In This Forum. Anyway,

I'm using bsnl bb from 1st may. then i apply 30 may for change plan to 500C.

in 7th June bbservice.bsnl.in show me my plan is now 500C.

but 11 June it showing startup 250 plan....

friends i download approx 1.6 GB in this days including night time. but it now show total is chargeable...

what i do now. i ask customer care and account officer they said plan not changed yet.... it will effect from 1st July or after 15th June....

but, when 7th June plan changed i call 1800-424-1600 they said plan changed but now.... wtf....



what will i do now?

if you have some proof like screenshot of page or printout of page showing your plan as home500c then you can show it to account officer to get some relief.

But when i try to save the page it show this page cannot be saved....

why bsnl do that type of thing?

do one thing press ALT+print screen button while viewing your account usage and then open MSpaint and right click on the blank sheet and click paste your image will be saved

Thanks But Now It Showing 250 Plan So, There Is No Profit By Screenshot Now.....
