Thread: Getting a Big Bill

Hi,
Unusually I am getting a huge Bill. I am using Home 500 plan and I have already made a one year payment. Inspite of it, I am getting a Bill of 1200/-. I did not use the net much this month. I usually connect to internet in night for donwloads (bet. 2a.m. to 8 a.m.).

Could there be anyone hacking my internet connection?

check your usage regularly using bsnl portal.if you find any suspicious data transfers contact local exchange.

it may be possible that your account is hacked just as whiestar said check your usage in your portal and see if there is any suspicious activity if it is, lodge a complaint of being robbed
