Thread: Wrong Billing

Hi Friends

I Have Home 500 Plan

Last Month I Used About 1.53 GB During Day And I Have About 2.5 GB Download Limit. There Is About 1GB Usage Left. But BSNL Has Billed Me 131 Rs Extra They Have Billed Me 500+131 = 631 But I Have Not Used It.

What Should I Do?

contact your AO(accounts officer)& he will correct it if it's wrongly billed or he will tell you what exactly this charge is for(some registration fees,service tax etc).

But Why For 500

i think 500rs is inclusive of tax..

no!service tax at 12.5% will be applicable on the total bill which includes Rs.500+phone charges.

i noticed that that's why i said ask AO what this chage is for.if he can't find out he will correct it.my previous reply was for @superprash2003 where he mentioned that Rs.500 is inclusive of taxes.
