Thread: Address of BSNL Bommanahalli anyone?

Hi,

I stay in Bommanhalli (interior location). I had applied for a BSNL new connection (DataOne 750 UL) two weeks back from the Koramangala BSNL office. While handing over the receipt the lady in BSNL told me that the exchange is on the outer ring road and I should contact them after one week. I had searched on the Outer ring road but could not locate the office. No one seems to know about this office in my area.

Can anyone give me the exact address of the office which I have to visit for follow up?

Hi,

Bommanahalli exchange office is on Mangammana Palya (M.G. Palya) road near Hosur road.

Phone No: 25726100

This office is opposite to Janani Restaurant on this road and is on the first floor above Hotel Palace.

I have just now visited it and got to know that they do not have spare cable pair and the connection is delayed by atleast 2 more weeks. I have already waited for 2 weeks after applying for a connection on 31-Mar-08.

All the best buddy. We got our dataone connection in this area (Devarachikkanahalli to be precise). The service is crappy. The dataone keeps going down without notice. The unfortunate part is that there is no Airtel service in this area. You have to solely depend on BSNL for broadband and boy, they make you play with all their downtimes.
