Thread: Broadband Plan 750UL plus

Is it possible to avail PLAN 750 UL plus on existing old phone connection without changing or taking new phone connection.

of course why not , just give an application for a plan change or apply for broadand

I applied for 750UL Plus but BSNL officials said that I am not elligible for 750UL plus rather I can take 750 UL. and they activate my account as 750 UL only. Now the Problem is that I am not satisfied with the speed. Now I want to shift from this plan and want to go to 1350 UL plus. again they are telling that I can not get 1350UL plus rather I can get 1350 UL. and for 1350 UL plus I have to take another new connection. Now please tell me what is the actual fact behind that. As the Broadband service is new to my area. and the officials do not have idea about this. If I can show them the right procedure. I can avail the facility. Kindly help me

WHAT?????????? what is meant by you cant get the plus plan hmm i think you should talk to the higher officials in BSNL and state your problem to that person then see if it helps

and for availing UL1350 you DONT need to apply for new connection who the hell told this to you, just like i said earlier just submit an application stating a plan change thats all

Thank you friend. One more thing is that New connection reffers here is new Phone connection with new number and not the BB connection. I shall definitely submit one application to the authority tomorrow morning. and further details I shall post here
