Rep Power: 0   |  speed problem in plan 250 of BSNl Dear friends I had been using the open dns servers of 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 for some time and I was having no problem with my browsing speed. But now for the past 1 month or more I am finding that certain sites are not opening at all when browsing through BSNL dataone but if if I browse through other data carriers then icici bank site is opening. I do not know why this is happening ? Secondly the speed sucks a lot of time like ebay.co.in does not open whereas certain pages of ebay open very fast. I fial to understand this difference. Is there any problem with my computer, like firewall etc. Kindly guide |

Rep Power: 1 | Plz post the specification of your PC , OS and Antivirus software, Firwall etc The reduction of speed may be due to Virus. |

Rep Power: 0 | my os is win xp sp2 my antivirus is avg free edition i am already using ccleaner for the last few months slow speed is not such a big problem but certain sites not opeing at all is a bigger problem. my laptop is core to duo T5500 with 1 gb ram and is dell make 640m kindly elaborate on that. Rep Power: 1 | on of my friends was also faced the same problem few months back, that some sites like Orkut, Yahoo , Paypal,, ICICI bank etc were not opening or taking much delay to open. AVG, Avast free editions are not much efficient to prvent spywares, adwares etc. Take back up of drive and format the system then load McAfee Antivirus with latest update. Scan the whole system. Most likely it will resolve the problems. I am using Mc Afee and quite satisfied, which detect several viruses that was not detected by AVG, Avast etc. |
