    Default Problem with Sterlite MT882

    Hi

I stay in bangalore near to Electronic City. I have recently got BSNL broadband connection at my home. It belongs to 750 plan unlimited download, It is not working well. The link is going down frequently and my download speed is only coming around 20 kp/s. I dont know whether it is because of my modem or my line. if anyone knows how to set ADSL setting in modem. please help to resolve and please provide me the correct DNS IP.

    Thank
    Deena

ensure that your telephones are connected after the splitter.. go to 192.168.1.1 and post SNR output.. its normally under Status or on the main page itself

    Hi

Thanks for your reply. I dont have splitter right now. Once I connect with splitter, i will let you know.
My SNR output in the page is upstream 15db downstream 7.0 db. is this the correct one.

    Thank
