I am not sure how to rate a internet connection as I haven’t had any connectionat home before. I think BSNL is good as compared to other service providers.
My first try was Tata Indicom connection which was very very bad experiencefrom me. I neither received my connection nor my deposit money 2k back. Infuture as well I think 100 times before I apply for any Tata indicomconnection.

BSNL connection process is slow but if you can wait for a month then its ok. I haven’thad any trouble with my connection so can’t say about customer care.

One thing I would like to say is BSNL broadband is not cheap as I though. Itcomes with an additional telephone charges and more over the data limit theyprovide is very less, you need to pay extra. Happy hours are of no use as it starts in night 2 o till8 o in morning.
