hey guys...unable to open 10.243.40.216...help needed urgently..plzzzzzzz

are you a new user or old .......... if your IP address starts from 117.xx.xx.xx then you are a new user and you will not be able to open the page which you have stated log on to the bsnl portal then from there login to your account to view your stats

if you are old user then try this ip 10.240.16.195 .. new user try this BSNL - Broadband Account Management
