Thread: BSNL Broadband Shifting Issues

I recently shifted my house on the same locality and got it shifted recently and got the phone line working fine but my broadband is not working. I wonder what could be wrong. I checked my lan is not working properly. I use the regular bsnl modem and my ip is automatic, etc. But still i am unable to connect to the net. The modem is working fine but no connection. Can someone help?

are you able to access your modem from your pc? is your modem in ppoe mode? if so, under status does it show an external ip address?

ADSL link status is stable?
