ensure that all your telephones are connected after the splitter.. there should be no telephone between the wire from the telephone pole to your splitter

Check the line . The rusted joints in the line leads poor SNR.

How come it varies to peak value in such a short duration? Check what splitter too...

The varying contact resistance of joints will also cause to change SNR from minimum to peak.

mine the tele line is connected to splitter then the splitter adsl line is connected to modem .
does using the parell tele line inside the home one with normal telephone and other connected to modem affects the internet connection?

    are your configuration like this

--the telephone wire which is coming from pole is going straight to the splitter
--then from the other side of the splitter you have two outputs one is for connecting the phone and another is for connecting to the modem.

if it is like this then there should be some problem with the wire probably there must be some joint in the telephone wire which is coming from the pole to your house
