how enhance uploading speed

guy im using 500combo plan i getting a very good downloading speed approx550-600Kbps,but from some days i started uploading file on a website(rapidshare.com)and a very slow uploading speed around 15-25kbps...i m using ie7 and Mozilla as browser so anyone tell me that now can i increase in uploading speed as like as my downloading speed...............

As far as I know the advertised upload speed is 256kbps for you rpackage so thats about the speed you would normally get.
