Thread: Help me about BB Plan Change

I m using BB 1 month only..........my scheme is HOME-250........now i wanna chng my scheme to HOME-500.......is it possible after 1 month of connection?????

As i knw dat any scheme shub be continued for minimum of 3 months.........if u can help me abt dis issue, plz reply...........thnks in advance

Yes U can apply for the same , They will change t plan on completion of three months.

You can apply for the plan change. As it is mentioned in the terms and condition of the form provided by BSNL during the activation of BB, that you can change to any higher Plan any time but if want to go for a lawer plan, it will not be possible during this 3 month period.

Go to your local exchange and talk to them. You should be able to change your plan effective from next month. I had the 500 C+ plan for a month and changed my plan to 750 UL+ from the next month (actually I have yet to receive the bill but it shows that my plan has been changed).
The logic is that if you upgrade your plan then its fine but the min period comes into play if you're either thinking of bailing or downgrading. Hope it works out for you.
