I am a newbie to this forum. 2 days ago i got my BSNL BB connection. From the time of installation the DSL lamp on my UTStarcom Wi-Fi modem is not glowing. The lineman is clueless about thisi recieved the username and PW. The good part is i successfully created a home network and able to connect my desktop, laptop and my PDA thru wi-fi. I booked a complaint with BSNL CSC, still my case is pending. I checked my modem at my friend's place and is found to be working fine.
Will BSNL start billing my BB connection from the day of installation?
technically speaking, what could be the problem in this case?
