Unhappy Help needed for unblocking ports

I need some help to unblock the ports , since i have a problem in opening a online game called CT Racer . When contacted about this to the game master , he said it was the problem with only bsnl connections because its blocking the port to the server . The error shows like this " CDN.ver network connection not good ". But i can play other games and open all websites . I have a connection of business - 700 , 4gb limit .

So pls help me with this , thank you in advance.

BSNL don't block ports it's your modem/firewall which blocks ports.

Try disabling windows firewall or any other firewall or an antivirus which may be blocking the application in making a connection
also open ports from your modem or you can simply switch to bridge mode in which all the ports are open

don't turn off firewalls.configure them but turn them off only when extremely necessary & even then keep the antivirus running at all times.if your modem is in pppoe mode(in which you get connected by just turning on the modem)you have to setup port forwarding in modem.in ut300r2u modem port forwarding option is not available so for this modem NAT-DMZ option has to be used which will open & forward all ports to your computer just like bridge mode(in which you connect to net using windows).if you are using bridge mode then port forwarding is not needed & if you are using pppoe mode check this blog link by superprash2003--
