we had a problem in our bsnl broadband i have one VPN router i have a server in another location we can only connect via remote check the reply in dos mode it displays the reply and request timed out alternatively how to solve the problem

Download a large size file (min 500MB) without any download manager softwares. Now try continous pinging of your remote server. Tell us what happens?
If the file continues to download without any interruption, but u get request timedout reply from the remote server then u need check other scenarios. If the download stops in mid and u receive request timedout, you need to check with your broadband.
