Use pppoe mode (Always on mode) to connect to Broadband. I think it will serve your problem

as robert_0007 said, you have to use ppoe mode in your modem.. here's how you do it Prashanth Speaks-Technology and Life: How To setup PPOE mode (Automatic Dialing) in UT300R2U .. i was unable to find exact instructions for your modem but these steps are similar ..

It will show Phone line busy. As if you correctly setup your connection as ppoe mode then there is no need to dial the connection.. if you dial, you will get Phone Line Busy Error 676. Because you are already connected. Just open the web browser, you can browsse the internet (Again if you set up your modem in ppoe mode properly).

yes it is true. In PPPoE mode you are in always connected mode. To disconnect switch off the modem. No additional dialer required
