Thread: BSNL broadband Authentication failure

I have taken new BSNL connection 15 days back with own Beetel ADSL Modem
Called the helpline and they gave me my user is and password.

I configured and it was working for 2 days and suddenly third day Data light in the ADSL modem stopped blinking

Have verified the configuration and found that Authentication failure in WAN configuration.

I fed up calling BSNL Guys,

Any help on fixing this issue , greatly appreciated..

it could be a temporary problem mate.. are you able to login to the bsnl portal successfully?

Me too got the same problem

But, Authentication failure showed after 5 months, from the date of issue.

However, i'd asked the local area JTO to reset my password.
After resetting my pswd, i's able to browse the internet.

But i cannot acces, broadband portal

Thanks, I would ask JTO to reset my Password tomorrow.
