    Default Torrent Blocked

    I got a 500c connection.

    But, i cannot acces torrent sites.
    It takes a lot of time to load(even slower than dial-up).

    Ive a 2MPS connection. Rest of the site loads very fast & cool.

    Do any1 hav d same experience b4.
    Is there any solution?

    I meant torrent sites, torrentportal.com; piratebay, like sites

    use opendns servers or try opening these sites using free web proxy sites.

    Today bwtorrents.com is not opening ! Is BSNL blocking torrents ?

    i don't think bsnl is blocking torrent. i have never face that problem.

    use utorrent. & mininova.org

    depends which torrent sites u r visiting because sometimes the torrent sites are in the process of upgrading their sites or sometimes their sites actually go down for a few days. and just now i was able to open piratebay so i dont think bsnl is blocking anything.

    yeah thats right BSNL is NOT blocking torrents as i am downloading 24hrs using torrents
    which program are you using try u-torrent its the best in my opinion and are the ports opened in your modem for u-torrent otherwise you will end up getting terrible speeds i.e. 20-30 KB/s on a 2 Mbps line!!
