Do you have any idea that by any chance your modem password has been changed?

If unable to find username/password for the modem, then the only option left is resetting the modem to factory default. I dont recommend it when there are possibilities to find username/password.

If u have changed d password then :
To program the modem 192.168.1.1/main.html ID admin Password : Password If not accessed reset the modem with power on ( at the back reset button with a ball point refill for about 30 to 45 seconds )
