Default help me configure DHCP for my router (option not shown)

hi guys i need help in enabling DHCP on my router .. im using bsnl broadband.. router is wa3002g4, and recently when i connected it to my ethernet card .. it was saying accquiring network address and showing connection status as "little or no connectivity".. now i hav mannually assigned ip to my pc .. and data is routed through the gateway.. and
now i m able to open web management router page(which i wasnt able to do earlier) .. but i dont c any settings for DHCP..
here is a snapshot of my actual router settings (where the dhcp settings should be) but they are not here. ImageShack - Hosting :: 85735209qf0.jpg

and also is attached a snapshot of the same page taken from the pdf mannual provided with my router .. the pic shows the settings of dhcp that should be there ImageShack - Hosting :: 88435838ax5.jpg

both snapshots are of LAN sub-option under Advanced settings
as you can see the ip and subnet options are shown on the page .. but on the same page the DHCP options are missing. try to compare both pics side by side.
    help me guys.

these pics are different & most probably the reason is as with all other bsnl provided modems.bsnl has hidden the advanced options of newer modems by changing the URL links of pages.as you can see in manual you can also see virtual server option but in your modem options you won't find virtual server.only way to access them is finding what the exact link of these pages are.in your manual if you can see the page link in address bar use that link in your browser to access advanced options.

    http://192.168.1.1/wancfg.cmd for advanced settings .
    http://192.168.1.1/lancfg2.html for lan configration..
tell me which other links do you want..
btw do you think resetting the modem would help?? tho i m tempted to do so .. but i will hav to reconfigure all my wireless settings // i am using mac filtering .. wud the settings b lost if i do so??

    try these links---
    http://192.168.1.1/lancfg.html
    http://192.168.1.1/wancfg2.cmd
also resetting won't help in this matter because it won't change the URL links which are hidden.

    Hi,

I am also facing the same problem.I also have same UTstarcom router.
When i configure it to bridging mode, the option to enable DHCP gets dissappeared.

I have also tried resetting the router but that hasn't helped.

Plz help me...I want to connect 3 laptops to the router, but without DHCP i am able to connect only 1.

    @kapil_dj
I also have same UTstarcom router.
Always mention the actual modem model number in any post.

Don't expect all members to go through
the full thread to find out what is the modem you use.

Mostly the last one or two posts are read, and according to thread title reply/ comments/suggestions are made.

    Para two:
    Assuming yours is
    Utstar WA3002-g4 adsl modem+router+wifi

(A)Do you get a menu page like this?
    http://img166.imageshack.us/img166/3918/88435838ax5.jpg

    (B) DHCP usually in Advanced /LAN page.

    (C)
When i configure it to bridging mode, the option to enable DHCP gets dissappeared.
Un check "Bridged" mode and select ppp/PPPoE "always On" mode and try .
Needed to connect more than one computer/laptop etc.

    General comments:

If successful mention. what you did.
If unsuccessful spell out what you tried ,and did not work.
Don't post one line "it did not work !" or "it worked "
