sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.only way is to keep trying at different times in a day.

i think this thread should be a sticky thread .. many "portal not opening" threads are created everyday.. the poster says it doesnt open.. and the second poster confirms it.. ..

mostly from 28th to 4th of a month there is problem accessing portal. I asked their officials & told that at that it's due to usage data update.

Ya they create the BB the bills these days . normally after 2-3 they work fine
