Default Connection not changed Dataone 750-1350

    Hi all,
I am a new member here. I have a problem. I submitted the application to change my dataone plan on 25th of June from 750UL to 1350UL. Now it's 1st July and already half a day passed and my plan is not yet changed. Last time I changed from Home500 - UL900 and it changed on the 1st of coming month at 12:11PM that day. What is the problem this time.
Please help me what should I do next.
    Thanks

contact your local exchange or call customer care to get information about your application status.

I am also having this type of problem. But mine is a bit different. I applied for plan change from 750 to 1350 on 27th or 28th June. Now I can see in my portal that

    order type: plan change
PLan Name: Home plan 1350 UL plus
    Order status: Open.

But I am getting the old bandwidth. 256kbps which is the bandwidth of 750UL. Now what to do? should I wait and see...............

always remember the order status must not be open but provisioned only then your plan change is confirmed.

future dated means your plan change is scheduled for future.always remember plan is changed only when status shows as "provisioned".

Thank you Whitestar_999. your suggestion is absolutely right. Now I can See that my plant status is provisioned. and that is why my speed increases to 512 kbps.

No nothing like that. Go to your nearest exchange and ask them about your application status. and one more thing did you submit the Demand note amount to the BSNL. as 1350 plan require one month plan charge in advance. If not then collect it from the BSNL and submit it with requisit amount. Then and only then your plan will be changed.
