Thread: BSNL MT880 Router Configuration with Linksys WRT54G

Hi ,
Can someone help me configure the Linksys WRT54G router with huawei MT 880 BSNL modem.
MT 880 configuration is as follows .
Connecting using ppoe
dhcp enabled
Lan setting - 192.168.1.90
155.255.255.0 (/24)

(ive tried setting in Bridged mode but it always errors out)



I have created a wireless connection on the 54G router with WEP and "allow anonymous internet connection" option unchecked.
My current ip 54g router is 192.168.1.1
I can access the internet over the ethernet but on the wireless no luck
The wireless settings used are
PPoe
ip 192.168.1.1
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
dhcp disabled.

I have connected both ethernet & modem cables to the lan ports 1 & 2 of the wireless router.
Can you please let me know where I am going wrong & what should be done to remedy this. Ive tried connecting to the WAN port of the router but with no luck...
