Unhappy Urgent Help Needed (Need Suggestion)

    Hi everyone
I am facing this problem past five days. I am on Home 500 plan during day time good download speeds i.e 250 kBps but during night downloading time i.e. 2:10 am to 7:50 am my downloading speed significantly reduces to 100 kBps.I have complained about this problem in bsnl office but i am unable to get proper response from them.
I will post my modem details tell me if there is any problem in the SNR margin or in the downstream rate.
Will be waiting for your reply

i think that is not an issue
BSNL says that they will provide 256 kbps upto 2 Mbps on the Home 500
They don't promise minimum 2 Mbps

At night all the major downloaded start downloading so that bandwidth is shared and this is the reason the speed goes down

there is no point in complaining i think that you don't have an issue

gardencityboy has already answered your query. In my opinion too, you do not have a problem. BSNL does not promise 2 mbps speed - that is the max that you can expect.

@asvinder,no harm in trying & also G.dmt is the recommended mode for BSNL not ADSL2.
