BSNL Broad Band. i applied initially for plan 500 in april and got my connection in may end.junior engineer BSNL came and set all the connections and it is working fine though initially i had problem with my line but the engineer sent the line man and set right my telephone line since then it is working fine the speed seems to be good and i get connected immediatly.but for few times in between it has failed for short periods.
i have changed my plan to 250 from last month since i dont use the internet much i used to view my usage but i am unable to get the a/c usage information for the whole of this month dont know why is it the same problem with others.to start with the account information of usage was vague and later it improved and in the last month it was specific with down load, upload and total usage details in Gb.however whole of this month till date i am unable to get the details.i will be grateful if one can guide me in this.
overall i am happy with BSNL BROAD BAND.
