IPv4 is the normal IP address we use today like 117.168.104.111(range is like 1.1.1.1-255.255.255.255) while IPv6 is the new standard which will be able to accommodate much more IP addresses in future as the existing range of IPv4 will not be able to provide IP addresses to all the devices connected to net in future.

When I click Test If port forwarded properly I get these results

OK! Port 42761 is open and accepting connections.

You will be able to receive incoming BitTorrent connections.

Does this mean my port has been forwarded properly ?

I have a 256kb (32KB) Home UL 750 plan. I am getting a download speed of 25-32 KB when downloading a well seeded torrents. I havn't forwarded my ports yet. So if I forwarded the port will it increase my downloading speed.

Change the router configuration to bridge mode
then u dont hav to forward ports
itis done automatically

Yes my router is configured in Bridge mode. But I sill get (!) this sign on utorrent.

Check ur firewall
It may be blocking the incoming connections as they may b treated as intrusions

Set utorrent to allow all connections incoming n outgoing in ur firewall setting

I have ZTE ZXDSL 831AII Model n having BSNL UL750 Unlimited Home Plan, Friend will you please suggest me the settings for the same modem to speeding uTorrent?
