pleeeease help me.
i am using home 500 plan.
when i am download any torrent file from torrent site,the download speed is 1kpbs only.sometimes downloading not start.
i am use utorrent to download the file.
i am also trying bit torrent,but the problem is same.

please help me to solve this problem. if my utorrent setting is wrong then please give me right setting.

Each torrent has its own seeds and leechers. So if your torrent doesnot have too low or no seeds and leechers then your download speed will be too low. Like you said 1kbps or something..

also make sure that port is forwarded correctly.try some torrent with thousands of seeds & peers(any latest hollywood movie torrent from mininova).uTorrent will show a green triangle icon at bottom if port is forwarded correctly.you can also check this in utorrent speed guide test in options.
