Home UL750 service, with a WA3002G4 modem

I am at the moment downloading XP SP2 from Microsoft at a blazing ~25kpbs...coming from a place where the internet was EXTREMELY fast, I am quite dissapointed. What plan do you recommend for better speeds?

Speedtest.net results were 320 down, 320 up at the maximum, and ~150 each at the minimum

Plan 750 is meant for surfing only. Big download can not be done as it has only 256 kbps which will give you only 32kbps. maximum download speed. if you download much go for 500 plans. which is having 2mbps speed and night unlimited from 2 - 8AM

what speed are you getting?
