awww!!!too bad mate.. always better to download between 2:05 to 7:55 .. frankly speaking i dont think bsnl would actually consider your situation!!

not sir 2.05 & 7.55.....i use from 2.15 to 7.45...keep 15 minutes margin both way. cant trust their clocks. this is BSNL....all gr8 BABUS working for us. U have to be doubly sure...
