Default Trouble with speed in BSNL

My bsnl plan is home 500
I dl torrents through bitcomet my dl speed is 150KBps avg & ul is 32KBps is this fair...
I also have the listen port green indication..When i made the speedtest.net then the results are 1659kbps dl & ul is 359kbps.
Is these speeds are related to hardware?????

usually you will get around 200KBps on heavily seeded public torrents & 215-220KBps from direct downloads using some download manager.try speedtest at night around 11PM.i normally get around 1800kbps & 400kbps on speedtest recults.also bsnl promise speeds UPTO 2mbps not exactly 2mbps & reason is there are various factors like how far away are you from local exchange, how many users are downloading in night etc which affects download speed.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

    Default hey ketan

guys i have been getting very low speeds for last couple of weeks.
below 100 KBps whereas I used to get above 130KBps and had 2.5 daily download, but now only 1.2-1.7Gb. U guys been facing any problem lately?
Many of my friends face this problem.
I think BSNL has done something shitty on purpose to shut our speeds.
like tracking utorrent or bittorrent and reducing their speeds

the speed depends on isp server load and file server load(torrent)

    even i get speeds like this 2 simul downloads 1 at 23 kb/sc 2 at 212 kb/sc

u hav to chk the dht connected or port frwd.abt ur router..
abt the port open.. abt upload rate if upload rate is more than the capacity it affects the d/l.
If all are proper check the line the line connection must directly given to the splitter if it is correct the abt the line
once chk ur speed in the Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test
