i ve home 500 plan
what is the max speed i expect while d/loading 4m utorrent
i m getting it btwn 160 to 170 kB/s

isp says 2 mbps
it totally is dependent on server load
i get around 256-500 kbps
and sum times 1.6 mbps

170KBps is good.max you will get on heavily seeded public torrents is around 190-200KBps.

Speed in torrents totally depend on the quality of seeds. Amount of seeds not always decides the speed (unless its heavily seeded). i can get almost 3 times the speed with half the seeds sometimes. So if u r getting lower speeds even with high seeds, the trackers sux !
