Default I think i'm the only one on this planet to face this...please help....:-(

okay...let me be short but clear...i have two systems at my house...one is a newer and high configured one and the other one i bought in 2005...now i have a BSNL H500 connection...i keep switching my modem between my old system and new one...

while my new system has no problems in connection...my old system is a pain in the ass...i give the correct username and password yet it says :

Error 691:username and password are invalid in the domain

and when i press Redial it gives error 619:

i dont understand whats the problem...because its connecting without any pain in one system and giving a problem in the other...anyone please help me out....i'll be very thankful to them....

when you have multiple machines you cannot do the dialing method for internet to work simulatenously.. you need to switch to ppoe mode.. please mention your modem model no.

You are getting 691 which stands for user name password error. while 619 stands for the specific port is not connected. You can not dial the same conection from 2 computer at a time. for that you have to switch to ppoe mode as Whitestar said.
