I agree with you. Many a time the CC is not informed about the update. and thus they can not answer many problem. Not in the case of only BB but in case of mobile service of BSNL.

yes poolboys its its fine... dont worry about your upload speed as you are using ADSL and on ADSL its absolutly fine speed you need not to worry about upload speed and dont think about BSNL coz everyone know about the tech support of BSNL...

on ADSL not even a single provider gives you gurantee of max upload speed... but you can get good upload speed on SDSL connection as on SDSL upload and download speed are same.. but on ADSL there is no as such guranteed speed even BSNL can not do anything about your upload speed bro...
