This Is My June 2008 Usage,

I Have 500C Plan From 22th June. And I Call Total 66 Call. I Have 175 Call Right. They Charged Me For 16 Extra Call (50Free They Count).

And Billed 2458/-.

But My Bill Must Be,

500 + 62 = 562 (Rental)

+

500 + 62 = 562 (Security Deposit)

+

(1692 - 1536) x .80 = 124.80 + 15.60 (For Extra Usage)

=

1264.40

Why They Billed That. My Father Will Cut My Line If He Know About That. What I Do Now?

plan change is never from the middle of the month....always from the 1st of next month after ur request. u must hv put ur request on 22nd June so u considered that it has been implemented from that date. i think that is the reason. give break up of ur bill...rental, call charges, extra usage charges etc

But, It Changed Because Night Time Usage Is 12GB That Not Charged. But They Charged From Day Time. Why?

I think the bill is correct

BB Usage
(1) Your Home 500C plan started from 22 Jun ie your free usage limit =(1536/30)X8=409.6Mb

But u have used 1692 Mb then the charges= (1692-409.6)x 0.8= 1025.92 + Tax = 1149/-

(2) Rental
The billing cycle starts from 01 Jun then you have to pay the rental of that month (If you are in urban area Rs. 180/-) Your combo plan will be accountable from 01 Jul onwards.

(3) Free Calls
U will get only 50 Free calls for the month of Jun and will get 175/- calls from Jul onwards.

Since you have changed the plan in the second half of the month, then the plan must be fully changed from next month. But still in your case, since you it was changed on 22nd, then you can go to the accounts officer of your exchange and claim back the amount or at least ask them to do any one option.

But 1-21 June Is In 250 Plan. And I Use That MB After 22June Not Before It. And It Rental Still 500.

Then first pay the bill and launch a compliant. Your money will be adjusted in next month. May be some technical problem after changing the plan.

that's why.when you get the plan on 22nd june your monthly usage limit will be (1560/30)*9=468MB & similarly your bill will be (500/30)*9=Rs.150 for 9 days of june.
so your bill will be----->
150+60(rental)+(1692-468)*0.80=Rs.1189.20
add security deposit & total will be (1189.20+500)=Rs.1689.20
for free calls too no. will be (175/30)*9=52 so you will have to pay for 16 calls approx which will cost you just Rs.16 more.
this Rs.1689.20 is the bill for 9 days of june starting from 22nd.add the bill for your old plan from 1st to 21st & then add 12.5% of total to this & i think you will get a very similar figure to the bill you received.
